Chris graduated from Indiana University Kelly School of Business in 1999 with a BA degree in finance. After graduating, he worked for The Skinner and Broadbent Company as a Development Associate for new project development and redeveloped a 100,000 square foot retail building into an indoor airport parking facility. Additionally, Chris developed over 400,000 square feet of self-storage and retail projects in Southwest and Northeast Florida, as well as retail projects in Indiana. In 2004, Chris started and presided over McCrea Development LLC. McCrea Development focuses on ground-up development of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail projects in Midwestern and Southern states. In 2008, Chris started McCrea Property Group LLC to manage and lease McCrea Development properties in addition to third-party properties. In 2009, Chris and partners created TriVis Capital Partners LLC to acquire distressed retail and loan assets. Through these entities, Chris has acquired or developed 51 projects totaling over $150,000,000, and McCrea Property Group currently manages over 1,839,586 sf in retail assets. Chris maintains his Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Lisa graduated from San Diego State University with a BS degree in Real Estate Finance.  Lisa started as a Retail Property Management Specialist for John Burnham in San Diego in 1989, and then moved to Indiana in 1995 to work for Duke Realty. Lisa then occupied senior management positions with Premier Properties in 1998 and Maquina Realty in 2004. Lisa joined Sitehawk Retail Real Estate in 2012 and subsequently joined McCrea Property Group in 2015, both as Director of Property Management. Along with over 36 years of experience in the industry, Lisa has honed her skills in finance, enabling her to effectively budget client expenses and maximizing their bottom line, building tenant relations leading to tenant retention, and administration of tenant improvements and construction management. Lisa has her CPM (Certified Property Management) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and is a member of IndyCREW. Lisa maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Tracey began her real estate career in the 1990’s managing apartment communities and eventually moved on to office, industrial and retail commercial properties throughout the Midwest. She was most recently responsible for management of multiple Veterans Administration Healthcare facilities across the Country. Now, joining McCrea Property Group in 2024 she will focus on multi-tenant retail properties. Tracey maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Meghan graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Business Administration. Meghan started her real estate career in 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager of a 29-story class A high rise office building downtown Indianapolis. Meghan joined McCrea Property Group in 2019. Meghan is a member of IndyCREW and BOMA. Meghan maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Jack graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management through the School of Public Health. His interest in business operations led him to minor in both Business and Marketing while at IU. While in college, Jack volunteered with the eventual winners of the IU Student Government Race during his sophomore year in 2018. He is relatively early into his professional career with prior work experience in customer service positions at several different part-time opportunities. McCrea Property Group is his first full time opportunity where he joined them in April 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager.

Stephanie comes to McCrea from a 26-year career as VP of Property Management with Shook Realty Group here in Indianapolis.  There, she managed 305,000 square feet of retail space, 107,000 square feet of office space, 15,500 square feet of industrial space, and a townhome community totaling 28 units (42,000 square feet).  She also managed the financial aspects of all three of the operating companies and took on all administrative roles at the firm.  Her expertise is in property management from the ground up, including owner, tenant and property on-boarding, budgets, capital expense and tenant improvement dollar management, debt service management, bank and owner-controlled escrow accounts, insurance claims, CAM reconciliations, property vendor contracts, A/P & A/R, bank reconciliations, and tenant & lease management.  At McCrea, Stephanie will be slowing way down after her long-term career and will be utilizing her tenant and lease management skills to take over the role of “Lease Administrator” for McCrea’s healthy property portfolio.

Teresa graduated from Anderson University with a BA in Accounting.  She joined Williams Realty Group in 1999 as a Property Accountant. She later moved into the role of Assistant Controller continuing to handle all of the property financial reporting, as well as handling multiple other facets on the management side of the company.  She left Williams Realty in 2010 to join Sitehawk Retail Real Estate as its Assistant Controller overseeing the financial reporting to the owners of more than 30 properties.  She subsequently left there in 2016 and joined McCrea Property Group a Property Accountant taking on the role of preparing all of the financial reporting and was promoted to the Controller position in May 2018.

Amber graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BA in Administration and Management with a specialization in accounting.  Amber joined McCrea Property Group in January 2025 as a Property Accountant. She started her enjoyment with numbers in 2005 when she worked for Downey Savings and Loan Bank as a new account representative and has held many positions within the financial world, with the highest being a Regional Controller. When Amber is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, homesteading, volunteering and traveling.

Scott graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS degree in business and an MBA. Scott began his banking career at American Fletcher National Bank as Commercial Lender. Scott has worked in multiple central Indiana banks as both a Senior Commercial Lender and as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender. In 2016, Scott joined the accounting department of McCrea Property Group.

Keith attended Indiana University and IUPUI. Keith started with PK Partners in 1993 where he was Vice President of Leasing. Keith then moved to Sitehawk Retail Real Estate in 2007 as a Senior Associate until 2015, and subsequently joined McCrea Property Group as Senior Leasing Associate. Keith’s expertise lies in Landlord representation where he provides superior market knowledge for local and national Landlords and retail center leasing. Keith is active in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and has achieved the designations of CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) and was previously in the initial designation class of CRX (Certified Retail Property Executive). Keith maintains his Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Paige attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Marketing. Paige started with Gershman Partners in 2013 where she was a Marketing Coordinator, handling all email marketing campaigns and informational needs for the company.  Paige joined McCrea Property Group as a Leasing Representative. She has held a brokerage license since June 2014.  Paige will handle Landlord representation where she will provide her market knowledge for local and national Landlords and retail center leasing. Paige maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Jason attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Public Financial Management. Jason then received his MBA specializing in Finance through the Lacy School of Business at Butler University. Jason started with School Zone Uniforms in 2009 where he helped run and management multiple store locations for roughly 7 years. Jason then moved onto Project Management at Walker Information for the past year and a half. Jason joined McCrea Property Group as a Leasing Representative in April 2018. He has held a brokerage license since June 2012.  Jason will handle Landlord representation where he will use his knowledge of thinking outside of the box for local and national Landlords and retail center leasing. Jason maintains his Indiana real estate broker’s license.

Liz is a Leasing Associate with McCrea Property Group. Prior to establishing her position with McCrea she spent time in both Commercial and Residential Leasing. Most of her professional experience came from over two decades of outside sales positions within highly competitive markets. She has earned several sales awards and certificates throughout her tenure. Liz prides herself in having an ability to build trusting business relationships and believes that education, partnering and dedication will achieve mutually desired goals. Liz has volunteered with various pet rescues for more than 10 years, assisting with fundraising efforts to support the placement of canines and felines into permanent homes.

Rachel attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Apparel Merchandising. She worked in graphic design and marketing prior to joining McCrea Property Group. Rachel is a Leasing Associate.  She will handle Landlord representation where she will provide her market knowledge for retail center leasing. Rachel maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license since February 2023.

Kim started with Kite Realty Group in 2000. Kim then joined Premier Properties in 2004, and after its dissolution, she started working at Sitehawk Retail Real Estate as a Marketing Coordinator. Kim subsequently joined McCrea Property Group in 2015. Kim brings 23 plus years of expertise in retail real estate marketing by providing aerials, brochures, electronic marketing, demographics and mapping needs for all of McCrea Property Group’s shopping centers.
